The fractional laser
The fractional laser is a new generation laser, which smoothes and firms the skin using very precise thermal energy. Thanks to the roller of the device, the skin surface remains intact, which guarantees faster healing and regeneration.
By stimulating collagen fibers, which are one of the main components of the skin, the heat emitted by the device improves the structure and texture of the skin, corrects acne and post-operative scars, smoothes wrinkles and makes disappear stretch marks, on skin phototypes.
Fractional laser scar treatment
Fractional laser scar treatment with erbium from “fotona, SP dynamis laser” allows scars to be reduced and disappeared after surgery or following trauma. The treatment must be started as quickly as possible and it allows surfacing to be carried out. Thanks to repeated laser sessions, healthy tissue can regenerate, sometimes a simple peeling of superficial scars can regenerate and flatten the scar.
Scars can be of all types after cesarean section or after thyroid surgery or even breast or gallbladder surgery.
Facial scars caused by knife attacks must be treated globally using techniques such as PRP, mesotherapy or peeling. dermarollers are useful in the treatment of stretch marks in parallel with fractional laser sessions.
In order to protect the skin from possible risks of burns, laser treatment of fractional scars can only be carried out on skin phototypes ranging from 1 to 4.
Before the laser session, the aesthetic doctor will carry out a careful examination of the skin to be treated, and will also conduct an interview with you to find any possible contraindications to the treatment (pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin diseases, etc.). At the end of this first consultation, the doctor establishes a treatment plan adapted to your needs.
In order to optimally correct acne scars, plan on average 3 to 5 laser sessions. Treatment of postoperative scars requires 2 to 4 treatment sessions. The number of sessions depends on the lesions treated, age and skin phototype.
